What’s a convention? Fan-meet or meeting?
Convention/Fan-Meet: a convention/a fan-meet is an event taking place on one or several days during which actors come to meet their fans. Actors come to take pictures, sign autographs and many other activities that will be announced on our social media.
Meeting: a Meeting is the same as a convention/a fan-meet except it only lasts a day and usually, there is only one actor attending.
How can I attend one of your events?
It is important to buy a PASS (available on our ticketings shared on the pages of our events and our social media) to access our events. Without a pass, you will not be able to get into the event.
What is a pass and extras? How can I buy them?
A pass is an entry-ticket, you cannot buy extras without a pass. Without buying a pass, you will be refused from entering our events. An extra is an access to an activity with one or more guests at the convention of the event, in addition to the pass.
An extra can be for example a picture with a guest, their autograph, a meeting… You can buy them on our online ticketing, available on the page of our events and shared on our social media.
What is a panel?
A panel is a moment where guests get together on stage with the audience and answer all of your questions.
How are guests announced?
Our guest announcements will be posted on our social media as soon as they are confirmed.
What is a fanbook?
A fanbook is a book created by the fans, containing messages, pictures… for the guests. The person in charge of them will be randomly picked on the event’s Facebook group.
Can I pay in several installments? If so, how?
Yes, you can pay in installments (only the pass) ! In order to do so, send us an e-mail. We reserve the right to decline a payment in installments.
Can I sell my pass if I can no longer attend?
No, unless you have our approval. But we reserve the right to refuse a sale.
What happens if a guest cancels their appearance?
First of all, we remind you that it is important not to participate in a convention for a single actor. We are not immune to the cancellation of an actor, because schedules often change. If unfortunately, your favorite actor cancels his or her appearance at our event, we will offer several options: 1 – Refunds of extras purchased with it (and only the extras), 2 – Credits on the extras of your choice. If a guest cancels, only extras are refunded. Cancellation of a guest does not mean cancellation of the event so no refund of passes is possible for this reason. Union association will indicate a deadline for requesting reimbursements for extras. If this deadline is not respected, your refund will be refused.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If the convention is cancelled, all participants (without exception!) will be entirely refunded (of passes and extras!)
How can I claim my pass?
You will have to come claim your pass from our staff on the morning of the event. Kind in mind that you will need to present an ID as well as all e-tickets sent to you by the ticketing’s website. For people aged between 16 and 18, you will also need to show a parental signed authorization.
Can I attend the event if I’m underage?
There are two variants:
If you are under 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult. The adult will have to buy their own pass.
If you are aged between 16 and 18, you will need to show a parental signed authorization as well as a copy of the legal guardian’s ID. Union Association reserves the right to deny someone access to the event if those conditions are not met.
What is an extra-guest ?
An Extra Guest is a guest (actor) not included in any pass besides VIP passes.
Am I allowed to record and take pictures during the event?
Video recording are strictly forbidden everywhere and at all times during the event. Pictures with flashes are only allowed during the guests’ arrival on stage for Q&A panels. During Q&A panels: only pictures without flashes are authorized.
Union Association’s team members reserve the right to give a warning to those breaking these rules and to expel said participant if they are caught breaking the rules again, without any refund.
What’s an accompanying pass ?
Accompanying passes are only valid for people accompanying minors and/or PRM people. This pass ONLY gives you access to the convention. You cannot do anything extra if you have this pass. If you want to do extras you need a classic pass. Any extra purchased in addition to the accompanying pass will be invalidated, with no refund possible.
What’s a kid pass and what are the terms and conditions ?
The kid pass is intended for children between 3 and 14 years old inclusive on the day of the event. With this child pass, they can do the extras alongside the parent holding a classic pass. If the child wishes to do an extra alone, they will need to buy extras in addition to their pass.
After 14 years, they must have a classic pass.
Is it possible to pay in several installments ?
Passes can be paid in several installments directly via the ticket office (via PayPal). For larger passes, payment facilities are in place with payment in 1 to 3 installments depending on the type of pass. If payments are not honored within the allotted time, the pass will not be valid for entry to the convention, with no refund possible.
